According to the Aurea Law, the freeing of slaves would be essential for the maintenance of human dignity. In this context, the need for greater attention to contractors is clarified, which are the reason for the increase in slaves in Brazilian society. This increase is configured from the lack of information linked to the idealization of life in social networks, which generates a lack of attention to the needy. This shows that this setback must be addressed urgently.

Under this analysis, it is necessary to point out that relevant factors are combined in the structuring of this problem. Among them, there is a lack of accurate and compelling information about workplaces, which are often treated as a normal and correct place. This lack of informational support is serious, since it prevents a large portion of the Brazilian population from knowing the status of the enslaved, being able to compromise the performance of adequate treatments. Added to this, the virtual placement of an idealized workplace also contributes to the construction of this chaotic situation, as it is responsible for the mistaken belief that slave labor is something of the past and no longer exists. This flawed understanding of reality made individuals who did not take action, especially with regard to the lower class, to be victims of this terrible act. It is evident, then, that the lack of knowledge associated with the digitally disseminated unreality architect this lamentable panorama.

Consequently, such motivators generate undeniable and serious effects on the lives of enslaved individuals. In view of this, the insufficient reception and the lack of information are worrying, since those affected need support in coping with this situation, in addition to the fact that a post-psychological follow-up is also essential for the person to organize their psychological structures in a more salutary and emancipatory. It is thus shown that the stigmatization of information about workplaces produces a shortage of essential elements so that they can be rescued and helped.

It is therefore urgent for the government to create a platform, through digital and physical resources, that contains information about slaves and that proposes appropriate behaviors and attitudes to be adopted to avoid this act, in addition to disclosing the most frequent signs related to slavery. workplaces that may contain slave labor. This measure will promote a greater information network and provide greater support to those in need. In addition, it is also up to society and the media to develop campaigns that preach opposition to enslavement, which can be carried out through mobilizations on social networks and through television programs with an informative bias. Such an initiative is capable of engaging the Brazilian population in the fight against this type of act. With this, creating an accomplished Brazilian where we have human dignity at work.
